It takes minimum of 4 working hours to confirm a reservation at the hotel for same day check-ins.
The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly
If the guest plans to checkin at the hotel after 2:00 pm, they must inform the hotel in advance. The hotel can release the room in case you have not checked-in by 2:00 pm and have not informed the hotel about your late check-in.
No Show, Cancellation charges will be 100 % Cost.On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the charges are calculated on total price
Hotels reserves the right of admission. Unmarried/unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in. Similarly accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a ‘couple’ if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. STEPiNN will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances
